Events >> The Symposium for Pediatric Emergency Medicine
The Symposium for Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care, organized by the Association of Interdisciplinary Study in Emergency Medicine, the Pediatric Emergency Hospital in Cluj-Napoca and the University of Medicine Cluj, took place between 10th and 11th of November 2017 in Cluj-Napoca.
Although it was only its first edition, the symposium brought together a quite important number of participants and the interest might be even larger in the future editions. Almost 600 physicians from all around our country attended the scientific sessions. Their interactivity during these sessions, as well as their receptivity to the equipment and information delivered in the medical exhibition, proved that the participants were not only interested specialists, but also persons with a high dedication and involvement and a strong will to learn and to implement advanced procedures in pediatric emergency medicine.
EYECON MEDICAL participated to this event, and the equipment showed in our booth was a point of interest for many visitors in each moment between the scientific sessions. The ventilator, the patient monitor and especially the defibrillator on trolley from Siare have convinced the specialists that technology is at least as important as knowledge and experience, and that great results can be obtained when these three are focused together for successful medical procedures, especially in emergency medicine, and especially in pediatric cases.
