Warranty service
EYECON MEDICAL equipment is guaranteed for any fault of material, assembling or fabrication, for a period of 12-24 months, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty applies to all the equipment as long as they are maintained and used according to the manual and to our specialists training.
The service activity is provided by people trained at the manufacturer’s factory, where the equipment was designed and assembled, so that they could see and learn all the technical mechanisms of the equipment.
EYECON MEDICAL has authorization from the manufacturers for all the technical interventions.
Post-warranty service
