The 13th National Congress of Ophthalmology (RSO), joint with the 11th Congress of Southeastern European Society of Ophthalmology (SEEOS) was held during October 1st-4th, 2014, at Willbrook Platinum Business and Convention Center in Bucharest.
International event of great complexity and large attendance, this congress reunited specialists from the whole Europe, mainly to mark the scientific evolution in this field and also to host the specific updates and sharing of experience, results, techniques and technologies.
