Between 4th and 6th of December 2014, the town of Hateg hosted the second edition of a medical event organized by its hospital together with the Local Council: Medical Days of Hateg Region.
Being very close to ceasing its activity at a certain moment, on grounds of a very unfavourable management and lack of specialized equipment, the Town Hospital of Hateg is now the host of a medical symposium. The turning point occurred due to the change of management, in correlation with the support ensured by the Mayor and the Local Council, which placed this hospital again on an ascendant trend of operating, development and modernisation.
The two editions of this event reunited over 200 specialists, together with a number of important names from prestigious medical centres in our country, who shared professional and scientific experience to their colleagues, and who also were informed about this hospital, its activity and its aspirations. The same perspective lead to inviting to this event many of the mayors of the villages in the proximity of Hateg, since their inhabitants are patients treated here, this being the proof of a good cooperation between authorities in order to ensure the continuous activity of the hospital, for the benefit of all inhabitants in the area.
During the autumn of 2014, EYECON MEDICAL became an important partner of Hateg Town Hospital by supplying many of the specialized equipments necessary in various wards of this medical facility.
